Where: Walnut Slough Day Use Area **Please Note our park alert: Aug. 28, 2024 – The Walnut Ridge Unit bridge is down to one lane. Please proceed with caution. Check back for updates.** Location may change depending on bridge status. Ranger Katy will contact RSVP'd participants. 

Bring: Sturdy shoes as the trails are natural and uneven in places; water; insect repellent

Cost: This event is free with the purchase of a $4 day pass or a Texas State Park Pass. Children 12 and under are free. 

Reminder: There are no restrooms by the program area. Please plan accordingly.
