Backyard Bass - Learn to Cast

Learn to cast for plastic perch with a Ranger!

All ages welcome (however casting is easiest for kids ages 6 and up). This is not an actual fishing event, but is a great way to get better at casting a fishing pole. We will be practicing using our plastic "backyard bass" fish, talking about species identification and regulations, with the option to use our loaner poles and bait from the Visitor Center and do some real fishing afterwards! 

• Meet: Upper Falls Picnic Area
• Bring: the whole family! - parents must accompany minors at all times.

Event is Free with paid entrance fees; Adults: $6, Children 12 and under: Free.

*Parents must accompany all minors. Recommended for 10 years old and up
