Join us for explorations in ethnobotany where you will discover identification techniques, names and historic uses of common Texas Hill Country plants. Volunteer Jacob is a Capital Area Master Naturalist and plant enthusiast. Download the iNaturalist app, bring a native plant field guide, and/or a journal to note the plants we see along the trail.

Meet: Playground

Bring: Close-toed shoes, water, weather appropriate clothing

Distance: 0.5 - 1.0 mile hike

Event is free with paid park admission: Adults = $6; Children 12 years and under = free.
