**Registration for this event is full.** Ever wondered how to go fly fishing? Join us to learn the basics!

Registration is required! There is no fee for this event other than the normal day-use entry fee ($6/person ages 13 and up). Registration for this event will begin at 8:30am!

Each station will help you learn the basics of fly fishing - from knot tying to casting.

Each station is around 45 minutes in length. The event will begin at 9am and will continue until 1pm. If you would like to try your hand at real fly fishing, be sure to bring your own fly rod and equipment! Inland Fisheries will be stocking lots of rainbow trout the day before this class takes place!

- Fish Identification/Habitat/Handling
- What's in Your Tackle Box
- Rules/Safety/Ethics

Age Restriction: Ages 12 and up (minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

Meet: Wildflower Field across from the Upper Falls Parking Lot

Bring: Water, sunscreen, close toed shoes, a snack, fly fishing equipment if you'd like to cast a line for real after the event is over.

Leave: Pets and small children at home.
