Experience the spirit of the Wild West with the Bosque County Cowboy Church's Chuck Wagon demo and cowboy poetry by the campfire!
Round up your friends, kick off your boots, and join us for lunch at our Cowboy Campfire event! Experience a live chuck wagon meal demonstration where you’ll see traditional cowboy cooking techniques in action. Along with the meal, there will be a stirring cowboy poetry reading that brings the spirit of the Wild West to life.
While food will be prepared, please note that it will not be served. So feel free to bring your own snacks to enjoy by the fire. Saddle up for a morning full of cowboy charm and Western hospitality!
Meet: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm @ Juniper Ridge Campground
Bring: Dress for the weather and bring a chair or blanket.
Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass.
