Warbler Walk

Come look for the endangered Golden-Cheeked Warbler with us!

Join Master Naturalist, Aaron Lincoln, for this 1.5-mile hike and discover the world of the Golden-cheeked Warbler and learn about any local birds, geology, and plant life you see along the way.

Difficulty: This hike is moderate due to its length and rocky nature. You can expect the hike to take a minimum of an hour. 

Meet: 8:30 am @ Shinnery Ridge Trailhead

Bring: Bring Water, Sunscreen, Bug Spray, and Closed-Toe Shoes. No equipment or birding skills are needed, but binoculars would be helpful.

Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
