Come discover how you can fashion your own little baskets out of grass!
There are many uses for the native Eastern Gamagrass. Aside from being important food sources for pollinators, birds and deer, this plant has also been used for fashioning baskets!
Come join us at the group pavilion to learn how to make your own!
Please RSVP for this event so we know how much materials to bring!
When: June 27th, 10:00 AM.
Where: Group Pavilion at park picnic area. Restrooms and water fountains available nearby.
Cost: Regular admission into the park: $4/person with kids 12 and under and carriers of a valid Texas State Parks Pass getting in for free!
