Come learn about native and non-native wildlife found at Choke Canyon State Park and other areas of Texas with one of our park rangers!

Have you ever wondered what kinds of animals are found in Texas? Join one of our park rangers for a presentation on Texas wildlife. This is a guide to game birds, game animals, fur-bearers, and other wildlife of Texas. We're excited that we get to show you the skins and skulls of many of the animals while you are here!

This event is held on Sundays at 10 a.m. in the gymnasium and lasts an hour and a half. Don't forget to come see us soon!

This event is free to attend for campers and day users. Park entrance fees are $5 per person (13 years and up).
