Palo Duro Time Machine

Experience the life of Texas State Parks in this Short Hike through the Palo Duro Time Machine.

Join our rangers in a short hike along the river. Learn about the ways State Parks have connected us in the past, and the things we can do to ensure our State Parks last into the future in this 1.2 mile loop hike on the Juniper Riverside and Cliffside Trails.

Things You Should Know:
Meet: Large Dirt Parking Lot past the Juniper Camping Loop.
Bring: Weather appropriate clothing (jackets, etc.), 1 liter of water per person per mile and comfortable walking/hiking shoes or boots.
Cost: Included with admission to the park. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass (purchased before event).
