Skins and Skulls May Break my Bones

Learn about who’s who in Palo Duro and how carnivores hunt their prey.

Join us in learning about the various animals of Palo Duro Canyon. We will have skins, and skulls for participants to get a feel of how they stuff their bellies. Drop by anytime between our program hours and learn about the adaptations of these animals.

Things You Should Know: 

• Meet: Headquarters Building
• Bring: Weather appropriate clothing (jackets, etc.), sunscreen, and water
• Cost: Included with admission to the park. Park admission is free with a Texas State Park Pass(purchased before event).
