Learn the basics of trail running along the Kiowa Trail!

This beginners trail running class will teach you the basics of stretching and the joys of running outside. All fitness levels welcome! No experience with running required. We will run the length of the Kiowa Trail (1.4 mi with the option to do 2.8 mi) 

Where: Meet at the Mack Dick Group Parking Lot (First parking lot to your left at the bottom of the hill)

Bring: Wear comfortable exercise clothes and good workout shoes. Bring water!
