Need to cut up some vegetables? No problem! Just grab a knife from the kitchen knife block! What seems like a simple task today wasn't always so quick and easy. For generations, people would use a skill called "knapping" to create tools for everyday tasks. Tools like knives, arrowheads, scrapers, and more!
Come learn about this ancient craft and watch a demo by an expert flintknapper who has honed his knapping skills for over 30 years!

Pro tip: This program is free with park entry, but sometimes we fill up on weekends. Making a day-use reservation online beforehand will guarantee entry into the park!
