Guided Morning Hike

Start the day off right with a guided hike!

Looking to stay active, enjoy nature, or explore somewhere new? Join a ranger for a guided morning hike!

• Time: 10 AM
• Meet: Beaver Slide Trailhead Parking Lot (we will be hiking 1 mile). 
• Bring: Water, sunscreen, bug spray, good hiking shoes, weather appropriate clothing, & snack. 
• Cost: Free with admission ($5 per person 13+ years). Admission free with annual pass.

Purtis Creek has one grit wheelchair readily available for checkout. Please contact Ranger Jenna at Jenna.Lombard@tpwd.texas.gov to reserve & check availability.
