🎉 Greenfest on the Greenbelt

Come celebrate 100 Years of Texas State Parks at Greenfest 2023, presented by the Greenbelt Alliance of Denton County! There will be food, fun, & games for the entire family.

Greenfest includes a 5k, a 1 mile Fun Run, and family festival centered around health, wellness, and outdoor recreation. 
The 5k Trail Run and 1 Mile Fun Run course will take you along the beautiful Greenbelt Trails along the Elm Fork of the Trinity River and across the historic Elm Fork Bridge. Runners & Walkers of all ability levels are welcome to participate.
In addition, Park Rangers and other groups will also be on hand with free games & activities that promote health, wellness, and outdoor recreation for all ages. All proceeds from the 5k and 1 mile Fun Run stay local to support the Greenbelt and Ray Roberts Lake State Park.

When: April 15, 2023 from 7:30AM to 2:00PM

Where: Ray Roberts Lake State Park – Greenbelt Park at FM 428

Cost: Festival booth activities are free
