Carleton's Catfish Catch-A-Thon

Join rangers for our annual kids Catfish Catch-A-Thon. **DATE CHANGE**

Cast a line with our rangers at our annual Carleton's Catfish Catch-A-Thon at the Kids Fishpond. Partake in a friendly competition while we celebrate Johnson Branch's 30th Anniversary. Competition for fun prizes are for 16 years and younger!

There will be tables and activities set up around the pond. Enjoy hotdogs, chips, coffee, and water provided by the park.

Where: Kids Fish Pond
When: Saturday, June 13th
Time: 9 AM to 1 PM
What to Bring: Water, Sunscreen, Closed-Toed Shoes, Weather Appropriate Clothes, Fishing Equipment (Loaner Tackle Limited)
Who: Competition for fun prizes are for 16 years and younger, but all ages welcome.

Every hour we will have prized for "Biggest Fish Caught" and "Most Fish Caught." We will also have grand prizes for the day for "Biggest Fish Caught" and "Most Fish Caught" so stick around for the duration of the event to qualify. 

This program is included in park entry fees. Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Cancellations will be posted on this website, or you can call our Headquarters for updates.
