Learn more about the tracks and signs wildlife leave behind on this ranger-led hike.

We all love wildlife viewing, but what do we do when wildlife aren't present? Join us for a Track Trek to discover the small, sneaky and sometimes hidden-in-plain-sight signs wildlife leave behind. Learn what these signs mean about an animal and how you can sharpen your skills searching for them.
When: Sunday, Nov 28th 10am
Where: Sheldon Lake State Park Pond Center. 14140 Garrett Rd., Houston, TX 77044
Who: All ages interested in Sheldon Lake's wildlife
We will be meeting at the Pond Center breezeway, the first building you will see after driving 2 miles down park road.
If using GPS navigation, be sure to enter the park address to avoid being directed towards the old, inoperable park entry once located on 90 HWY.
Hike will take place on gravel and boardwalk trails that are ADA accessible.
Spots and limited and reservations are required for this hike. Contact Natalie Banks to register at Natalie.Banks@tpwd.texas.gov or (281) 456-2800 x232.
