Planting Event

Help us plant grass seed !

We need help with planting native grass seed down in our Walk-in area .

We received these seeds through a Seed Grant.
We will sprinkle the seeds out in some disturbed soil and then rake over the soil and hopefully by spring we will have some green sprigs coming up .

Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.

Facemasks are required at all in-person programs. Only 10 people so please RSVP with Headquarters ahead of time.

*This event is free with your regular park admission ( adults $5 each, kids 12 and under are free always ).
