Nature Center Open Hours

When the heat’s cranking outside, the Nature Center at Stephen F. Austin State Park is the coolest place to explore on Fridays and Saturdays.

Stop by between 1:00–4:00 PM to explore our hands‑on displays, jump into fun activities and games, ask questions, and share what you’ve spotted out in the park. The Nature Center is open on Friday and Saturday afternoons through September.

There’s always something new to uncover, so come check it out!

Entrance is included with park admission. Adults are $5 per person, Children 12 and under are no charge. Texas State Park Pass holders admitted free of charge!
