Writing messages has been part of the human experience for thousands of years. From the Magna Carta to the Constitution oak gall ink has been used in many of our nation's founding documents. Learn how people made their own ink and use a feather quill to write a special note.  

This is a drop-in activity so stop by any time from 1:00-3:00 PM

Cost: This program is included with the purchase of a Daily Entrance pass. Adults are $5 per person, Children 12 and under are no charge. Texas State Park Pass holders admitted free of charge!
