Some of those wildflowers and stately trees are more than just pleasing to the eyes. They can be quite tasty, handy, or even lifesaving. Learn to identify some of the edible and useful plants of the Post oak savannah and about their preparations for foods, medicines, dyes, and historic uses. We’ll talk about ethical foraging and about plant safety, too.
