Viewing wildlife is an enjoyable activity that is available in many of the Wildlife Management Areas of Texas.

As a part of the central flyway the many migratory birds include songbirds, hawks and shorebirds. Many visitors come to this central location to observe hard-to-find western or eastern bird species.
