Boat Ramp Closure

The park's boat ramp will be closed for several months beginning March 5, 2019, for construction of ramp improvements (leveling, larger dock, improved ADA access).

You can still launch kayaks, canoes and small motorized boats that can be hand-carried into the water from the bank in the park.

Capacity Closures

We have a very high volume of visitors on weekends, holidays and school breaks. We close when we reach capacity. Customers with camping reservations will be able to enter during these closures.

Purchase “Save the Day” passes to guarantee entry using the new state parks reservation system. If you come without a pass, please arrive early and have a back-up plan.
