Amistad
GOOD. Water normal stain; 81 degrees; 66.18 feet below pool. Black bass are good on main lake points in 10-20 feet off chunk rock with Texas rigged senkos, Ned rigs, and shaky heads. Using light lines seems to be doing the best. Rattle traps, small craw color red crankbaits, spinnerbaits in white, are also producing good numbers. White bass are good in 5-10 feet of water on small swim jigs, small underspins, rattle traps, blades, spoons. Keep an eye on the birds, they will usually be feeding right over them. Striped bass are fair, in 50-60 feet of water on the main river channel around the dam. Tight lines. Report by Captain Raul Cordero, Far West Guide Service.
