Ingredients
- Venison, cubed
- 4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Tarragon Vinegar
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 12 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper (lite)
- 2 teaspoons Ginger
- Onion, chopped
- No Salt
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients; add the meat and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Remove meat, skewer and grill until tender.
Discard remaining marinade.
