Nilgai can weigh up to 700 lbs., stand 4’5” at shoulder and be up to 6.6 ft long.
Nilgai are challenging to hunt, they have good eyesight, hearing and sense of smell and spook easily.
Nilgai Antelope, also known as the Blue Bulls, were first introduced to Texas in the 1920s. Dominant males typically become very dark, taking on a blackish and blueish hue.
