- Water stained; 81–85 degrees; 0.01’ high. Black bass to 9 pounds are good on Rouges with red bellies, and Carolina and Wacky rigged red/blue worms. Crappie are good on live minnows over brush piles. Bream are very good on live worms in coves. Channel and blue catfish are good on live worms, and on trotlines baited with shad. Yellow catfish are slow.
