Survey of Employee Engagement Results
August 25, 2016

I. Executive Summary: Staff will present information to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission on the results of the Survey of Employee Engagement that Texas Parks and Wildlife employees completed in February 2016.

II. Discussion: Staff will present and overview of both the survey response rate and the results. The Survey results were very good. The information will cover the results as well as what is being done to address any areas identified as needing improvement.
