Access the Meeting Using a Web Browser

View PowerPoint slides and listen to the meeting in progress through a web browser on the Microsoft Teams website or listen to the audio only using the streaming audio link.

  • A link will be provided the day of the meeting.
  • If you experience technical issues, call (512) 389-8118.
  • People wishing to access the meeting online can return to this page and click on the link on each day of the meeting.
  • For the best streaming experience, here are a few things to consider:
    • Use a reliable internet connection capable of streaming audio.
    • Turn off all other software that is running on your computer.
    • Avoid streaming other content on your network to conserve bandwidth.

Instructions for Making Comments

Providing Comments at the Commission Meeting

For the Thursday Commission Meeting, the Commission will take public testimony by telephone only.

  1. Fill out the online registration form to register before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20th:
  2. Please read the form carefully and provide all of the information requested.
  3. Fill out a form for each individual agenda item for which you wish to address the Commission.
  4. We will email you a telephone number and access code.
  5. When discussion begins on the item for which you wish to speak, please call the provided phone number and wait on hold.
  6. When public comment begins and the Chairman calls your name, we will unmute you and you can begin to speak.
  7. You are given three minutes to speak.
  8. After you are done with your remarks you will be placed on mute and you can then hang up.
  9. We will proceed in this fashion until everyone is done speaking.
