Instructions for Making Comments

Providing Comments at the Regional Public Hearing in Person

  • The public may register to speak and submit comments to the Commission in person at the Solomon P. Ortiz International Center 400 Harbor Drive Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 2:30 p.m.
  • Registration begins at 12:30 p.m.
  • Public testimony will normally be limited to two minutes per person.

Providing Comments at the Commission Meeting in Person

  • The public may register to speak and submit comments to the Commission in person at the Solomon P. Ortiz International Center 400 Harbor Drive Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
  • Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.
  • Public testimony will normally be limited to three minutes per person on each item labeled “ACTION” during the Commission meeting.
  • If you feel sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, please use the online public comment option to participate in the Commission meeting.
