Proposed FY 2012-2013 Operating and Capital Budget Overview
June 30, 2011

I.          Executive Summary:  Staff will discuss with the Commission, the FY 2012-2013 budget that was approved by the 82nd Texas Legislature and how it will affect the agency.  Staff will also provide an overview of the proposed FY 2012-2013 capital and operating budget, including discussion of proposed funding by strategy, object of expense and division, capital budget, and FTEs.
