Where the Money Goes: State Spending

House Bill 3430 enacted by the 80th Legislature, Regular Session, requires the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to create an online state expenditure database making state spending transparent to the public. The Comptroller's office provides an expenditure database on the Window on State Government Web site.
