Find Your Trail: A Hidden Hike to Little Brown Canyon

🎉 Join a ranger on a trek to a hidden canyon of Big Bend Ranch State Park!
Celebrate 100 Years of Texas State Parks by joining a ranger on a 4 mile round trip hike to Little Brown Canyon, a hidden hike off of the Fresno Divide Trail!
This program is part of our official Find Your Trail event.
When: Friday, October 20, 2023 from 9 AM - 11:30 AM.
Where: West Contrabando Trailhead. Located on FM 170 (River Road) approximately 8 miles from Barton Warnock Visitor Center and 40 miles from Fort Leaton State Historic Site.
Distance: 4 miles round trip.
Bring: Water. We recommend 1 L for every hour you hike.
Wear: Lightweight layers, a hat, and comfortable hiking shoes.
