Did you know that the Rio Grande is an endangered river? Join an expert to learn about the history and ways YOU can protect the Rio Grande flow. 

This program is part of our official Find Your Trail event. 

When: Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023 from 2 to 3 PM. 

Where: Hoodoos Trailhead. Located on FM 170 (River Road) approximately 26 miles from Barton Warnock Visitor Center and 22 miles from Fort Leaton State Historic Site. 

Bring: Water. We recommend 1 L of water for every hour you spend recreating. 

Wear: Lightweight layers, a hat, and comfortable hiking shoes.
