Join Ranger Layla on a tour across our solar system to explore the sun!
The Sun, we see it everyday, but what exactly does it do? Join a ranger to get up close and personal with the star of our solar system as we explore it through a telescope to uncover how it affects life on our planet.
Eclipse glasses are available while supplies last.
When: Monday, April 8, 2024 from 11 AM - 2 PM.
Where: Barton Warnock Visitor Center.
Bring: Water, hat, and sunglasses.
Cost: This event is free with park admission, $5 per person 13 and older. Park admission is free with a Texas State Parks Pass.
