Run with a Ranger

Kick off your Sunday morning with a refreshing two-mile run!
New to running or been crushing the trails for years, this event is for you! Join Ranger Layla on a two-mile run through the Contrabando lowlands. We will have some pre- and post-run stretching. Coffee and refreshments will be provided at Barton Warnock Visitor Center post run.
When: Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023 from 9 to 10 AM.
Meet: East Contrabando Trailhead. Located on FM 170 across the street from Barton Warnock Visitor Center.
Distance: two miles round trip.
Bring: Water. We recommend one liter for every hour of recreation.
Wear: Comfortable running clothes, running shoes (trail runners if you have them), and a hat.
