Help us celebrate 100 S'more years of Texas State Parks!
What better way to celebrate the past 100 years of Texas State Parks and look forward to 100 more years than enjoying s'mores with family or friends?
Join us for solar oven cooking, exploring the spots of the sun, and learning how to stay cool during our hot summer months.
When: 10 AM - noon
Meet: Barton Warnock Visitor Center. This serves as the eastern entrance to Big Bend Ranch State Park.
Bring: A hat and water.
Cost: Free with park admission. Park admission is free with a Texas Parks Pass.
Texas State Parks will be hosting fun and unique s'mores celebrations across Texas on May 13. Guarantee entry by reserving your day pass up to one month before this special event.
If you can't make it to a park, join the fun by hosing your own s'mores get-together. Post a photo of your s'mores celebration on Facebook or Instagram @texasstateparks.org with the hashtag #100SmoreYears.
