Take a Peak through the Telescope

Join us at this come and go program from 3 to 4pm at Bastrop SP Scenic Overlook.

Take a peak through the telescope! We might be looking at sunspots or the craters of the moon, you won't know until you show up! 

Meet: Scenic Overlook Parking Lot, a Ranger will be at a picnic table with the telescope. 

Sun and Moon viewing is weather dependent.

Program is free after entrance fee to the park is paid.
$5 per adult. Children 12 and under are free.
