Look through a telescope at Earth’s closest celestial neighbor.
The moon will be in the first-quarter phase. Stop by to take an up-close look at moon craters, to play some moon trivia, and learn more about moon phases.
When: Anytime between 6:30pm and 8pm. The activity is ongoing. You can expect to spend about 15 minutes at the activity, but you are welcome to stay longer or shorter.
Where: Look for the ranger and telescope located near the HQ building. There are parking areas located in front of the HQ building and by the playground.
Cost: Free
Note: This program takes place outdoors and is subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather.
