Wildlife Water Safari

Let's go on a Safari to find wildlife along the banks of the Blanco River! We will make binoculars (from cardboard tubes), hunt for signs of wildlife near the river, and document what we see in our Wildlife Water Safari Field Notebook. Targeted to children ages 3-7, but all are welcome.

Join Ranger Rena to search for, signs of wildlife along the banks of the Blanco River. We will make binoculars to look for animal signs, and document them in our wildlife journals. We will be walking in a flat grassy area near a parking lot. 

Meet:  Under the big tree in the swimming area

Bring: Water and a snack (snack optional)

Cost:  Free with paid park admission, which is $5 for adults. Children age 12 and under are free.
