Pollinator Hike: Pocket Prairies
Fri, June 27, 2025
Join a Ranger for a gentle, family-friendly hike through the park’s beautiful pocket prairies to discover the buzzing world of pollinators!
We’ll learn about bees, butterflies, beetles, and more — and how these tiny creatures play a big role in keeping our ecosystems healthy. Along the way, we’ll observe blooming wildflowers, talk about native plants, and look for signs of pollinator activity.
This is a great chance to slow down, enjoy the beauty of the prairie in bloom, and learn how to help pollinators at home.
