Have you ever wondered what a game warden really does? Game wardens do important work that keeps people and animals safe, so that all of us have a good chance to enjoy the outdoors. Join us at the Nature Center to learn about everything game wardens do to keep Texas safe and healthy for everyone.

This is an Eco-Explorers event!
Eco-Explorers is a fun-filled educational event taking place every Thursday in June, featuring hands-on educational programs geared toward children ages 6 and older. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in Eco-Explorers. Eco-Explorers is free to attend (after entry fee payment at the entrance of the park).
Things you will need to bring:
- Entry fee: $7 per person aged 13 and older
- Weather appropriate clothing
- Closed-toed shoes
- Re-usable water bottle
- Your sense of adventure!
