🎉 Celebrating Texas State Parks Centennial year with a Living History event! Come out on Nov. 18, and take a step back in time! We hope to see you in boots, bonnets, and wool to help celebrate 100 years of Texas State Parks!
Step back in time at our Living History event this Saturday on Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. We'll have reenactors from across Texas from the artillery, infantry, and the cavalry including the Buffalo Soldiers. Dutch Oven cooking, a bison display, and cattle roping! An 1800's weapons display including one of two 12-pound cannons in the state of Texas, two civil war mortars, and one of six Civil War forges that you'll be able to see in action.
