On the Trail with the Buffalo Soldiers - Black History Month Celebration!

Join Lt. Dolifka as he hits the trail for Bastrop State Park for a program celebrating the Buffalo Soldiers and Black History Month.

Enjoy stories of the Texas Buffalo Soldiers and how they received the honorable name. This is a family friendly event. It may be some time before the soldiers and Lt. Dolifka are back on the trail in this area so you will not want to miss this opportunity.

All presentations and activities are free with normal park entry.
