Clarity Tunnel Bat Tours

Come along for a ride on our trailway with a ranger!

RESERVE a ride with Ranger Natalie on our Rails to Trails trailway to see half a million Mexican Free-Tailed bats emerge from the historic Clarity Tunnel. 

Learn about the trailway history, some geology, and all about the native flora and fauna along the way. 

Tour lasts a few hours. 

•  Friday evening 2 hours BEFORE sunset 
• Reservations only!!! 13 seats available - Credit/ Debit ONLY.

• Meet at MONKS CROSSING (NOT in the park- Located on FM 689)
• Bring bug spray, binoculars and/ or camera if you want.
• Bring water!
