Celebrate the New Year with a ranger led hike!
Join us for a First Day Hike on the prairie! Canyon Rim Trail Spur is just short of a 2-mile loop where we get to see what the prairie has to offer!
Meet: Canyon Rim Trailhead, parking is available at the Honey Flat Restrooms. The walk from the restrooms to the trailhead is a few minutes.
Distance: ~2-mile loop (1.91) loop, easy to moderate terrain.
Please dress for the weather. Binoculars are recommended for any potential wildlife sightings.

This program is free to attend with paid park entrance ($5 per adult, kids 12 and under are free), or a Texas State Park Pass.
