Roving with the Ranger

Stop our ranger as they rove around the park. Try to stump the ranger with your questions about the interpretive items they are carrying around.
Ever wondered why raccoons appear to be washing their food? What's another name for a raccoon? Do you know how many times greater a sense of smell a deer has than your own sense of smell? How many stomachs do deer have? Can a deer swim, what about armadillos?
Cost: Park programs are open to the public and free with a paid park entrance fee of $5 per person ages 13 and up; children 12 and under are always free! Park entry is free with the Texas State Park Pass. No need to register—just show up!
