Join a ranger to learn the essentials of fishing without having to wet your line! Learn to tie a basic fishing knot, what essentials to keep in your tackle box, and practice casting on land with our casting targets! This program is perfect for children and anyone who has wanted to learn the basics of fishing but has never had a chance!

Meet: Cottonwood Picnic Area

Bring: Sunscreen, plenty of water, and close toed shoes. You may bring a lawn chair if you would like.

Cost: Free with park entrance. Entrance is $3 per person, children 12 and under enter free.
