Come out and catch some fun, at this free family fishing event!
Join us for the the "Setting the Hook" Youth Fishing Tournament at The Greenline at Brooks Park in San Antonio. The clinic is open to families with youth ages 5-16.
Fin Addict Angler Foundation will be teaching the TPWD Basic Angler Education program and promoting family-friendly fishing areas in San Antonio and the sport of fishing. TPWD Angler Education Instructor volunteers will teach basic fishing skills such as knot tying, casting, fish identification, regulations and much more. Activities will include backyard bass and fishing on the banks of the Greenline ponds.
Children must be accompanied by an adult - No drop-offs please.
Participants are encouraged to register online prior to the event.
