Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall!

The Autumn Equinox is the perfect time to learn forest bathing, and there is much to be inspired by at the change of the seasons. Getting in tune with nature can help us reset and recharge!

Expect to:

  • Learn about the art and benefits of forest bathing
  • Try a few forest bathing exercises during a .5 mile walk through the trees
    • Exercise examples: Breathe with a tree, engaging your senses, a moment of gratitude

Forest bathing is the practice of immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using your senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and social health. It is also known as Shinrin-yoku. 'Shinrin' means forest and 'Yoku' stands for bathing.
