Join a park ranger as they read a nature-themed story and host a guided take-home craft. Suitable for ages 5+ with a parent.

Explore a nature-themed topic with a story, then stick around to create a take-home craft that goes along with the story! During the nature craft, there will be time to talk with the Park Ranger to learn more about Enchanted Rock SNA and being a Park Ranger.

All supplies and materials provided.

Meet:  Day-Use Area picnic tables (near Kona Ice). We'll be in the shade - look for the Park Ranger!

Bring:  Water and weather appropriate clothing. A chair or blanket if you want to sit on them during the story reading.

This program is free with the purchase of a Day Pass or an overnight camping permit. Permits can be obtained online via TexasStateParks.ReserveAmerica.com.

Entry Fees: Adults (13+): $8 per person; Children (12 and under): Free. Texas State Park Pass holders gain free park entry for their vehicle.
