Star Party with the Rangers

Join a group of visiting Texas State Park rangers as they test their newly learned night sky skills!

Every year, Texas State Parks train a whole new set of rangers to become experts in the night sky- so that we can bring the night sky to YOU! 

Join us on the final night of the 2025 training as we dazzle you with science, stories, and telescope viewing. It's just some practice for us- and fun for you!

Meet at the CCC Lookout at the far end of Skyline Drive. Bring a chair, bug spray, blanket or sweater.

Park entrance fee covers attendance to this program.
